Sildur's Shaders is an extension of GLSL shader mod. This shaderpack adds shadows, dynamic lighting, and waving grass, leaves and water to the game. Unlike other shaderpacks, Sildur's Shaders is designed to work on all graphics cards and computers, including Macs, while still delivering a great graphical experience.

This is where Sildur’s Shaders Mod for Minecraft comes in, which you should download and install right away if you are looking for a graphical boost to your game! Gorgeous sunsets with bloom and lens flares and soft lighting that trickle through the trees. Bump mapping on various textures so things like sand feels bumpy and wavy. Absolutely stunning water effects, ocean waves that lap on the surface, crystal clear lake water that shimmers and refracts. There is so much stunning beauty to be seen, you really have to see it to believe it!
Installation:
Any downloads mentioned in the installation tutorial are linked above in the download section.
1. Download and install the latest version of Minecraft Forge.
2.Create a new profile, and select "Use Version: Forge" in the edit profile menu. Run Minecraft, and close it after it has reached the main screen.
3. Download and install Karyonix's latest version of the GLSL mod.
4. Navigate to your .minecraft folder, and locate the folder named mods.
5. Place the GLSL mod jar file in this folder.
6. Run Minecraft once again. This time, do not close it.
7. Download a version of Sildur's Shaders.
8. Once again, look in your .minecraft folder, and find the newly generated folder; shaderpacks.
9. Place the Sildur's Shaders download file into the shaderpacks folder.
10. In Minecraft, you should see a "Shaderpacks" option in the option menu. Click on this option and choose Sildur's Shaders from the list of shaderpacks on the left.
11. Open a world or connect to a server and enjoy Sildur's Shaders.
