Repair Staff: A boring item which e.g. extinguishes fire and primed TNT but also respawns "hidden" blocks instantly.
Troll Frame: A glass like block which despawns after a while but wihout any blockupdates. This makes it possible to create floating sand or gravel (or anvils, if you want to).

Installation:
Download Forge from it's homepage: minecraftforge.net, I recommend version 9.11.1.916 but other versions should also work (untested)
Run the Forge installer to install Forge
Drop the downloaded .zip file into the mods folder of your minecraft
Run Minecraft
If you do an update and changed some configs, close Minecraft and check the new generated file BEFORE you load any world!
